What you agree to when using Dossier. Read this — it's short.
By using dossiertrack.co, joining the waitlist, joining the founder Telegram channel, or subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Dossier is a read-only on-chain analytics service that surfaces patterns in public Solana wallet activity. We index publicly available blockchain data, score wallets by historical performance, and detect when multiple high-performing wallets converge on the same token.

This is the most important section. Read it twice.
Every signal, alert, dashboard view, briefing, ticker, and piece of content delivered by Dossier is information, not advice. We do not know your financial situation. We are not licensed financial advisors. We do not recommend any specific trade, position size, entry, or exit.
Cryptocurrency, especially low-cap memecoins, is one of the riskiest asset classes in existence. Most memecoins go to zero. You can and probably will lose money trading them. Use Dossier at your own risk and never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Past performance — whether of a tracked wallet, a token, or our detection system — does not guarantee future results. Smart money can be wrong. Convergences can fail. Tracked wallets can rug.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Dossier. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Dossier only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If using Dossier is illegal where you are, don't use it.
This section applies once paid tiers are live, which is in Phase 2 of the roadmap.
Pricing for paid tiers is shown on the pricing section. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for at least one year.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the same day each month until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing dossiertrack@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. After that, you'll downgrade to Recruit (free tier).
If you're unhappy with the service within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund you fully. After that initial 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. We do not refund based on signals being wrong, trades losing money, or any market outcome.

Violation of these rules can result in immediate termination without refund.
We try to be accurate but we don't guarantee it. On-chain data can be delayed, malformed, or temporarily wrong due to upstream issues with our data providers (Helius, Birdeye, Solana RPC nodes). When that happens, our alerts and dashboard may be incorrect, delayed, or unavailable.
The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We don't promise the service will be available 24/7, that it will be free of bugs, or that it will catch every relevant signal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dossier and its operators are not liable for:
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you've paid nothing, total liability is zero.
The Dossier brand, design, content, and codebase are owned by us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use during your subscription period. You don't get any ownership rights.
Public on-chain data is, well, public. We don't claim ownership of blockchain data — we claim ownership of how we organize, score, and present it.
We can terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service anytime; just cancel your subscription and stop visiting.
If we ever shut down the service entirely, we'll give at least 30 days notice via email and the Telegram channel, and refund any unused portion of paid subscriptions.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via @Dossier_HQ on X and the founder Telegram channel before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Iowa state or federal courts.
