Anyone can make calls. Almost nobody keeps score of them. This is the record of every forecast the Federation issues — each one with a probability stated before the outcome is known, objective resolution criteria, and a result logged whether it lands or not. The headline number is a Brier score: it measures judgment, not just direction, and it punishes overconfidence on purpose.

Well-calibrated means the last two columns track each other: forecasts made at 80% should come true about 80% of the time. When they don't, the gap is visible here — that is the point.

⬡ FEDERATION DOCTRINE · FORECASTS

Probability stated first. Every forecast carries a confidence level set at issue time. No after-the-fact "I knew it."
Resolution criteria locked. How a forecast settles — and the data source — is written before the outcome is known and never changed.
Misses are kept. Incorrect forecasts stay on the record, scored, in the same view as the wins. Nothing is filtered to flatter the number.
No escape voids. A forecast can only be voided if its criteria became genuinely unmeasurable, with a public reason. A likely loss cannot be voided away.
Authored by humans. Every entry is intentional. No auto-generated calls, no trivial near-certain padding.
